Features a full kitchen, electric fireplace, in unit laundry and private deck for stunning Lake Bellaire sunset views. Our condo is a short walk to the Summit Golf Course, Shanty Town and the Lakeview Restaurant. Staying here means you're right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resort.
**EFFECTIVE 3/1/2026 - This property will not carry a pool membership to the indoor and outdoor pools at Shanty Creek.
Our cabin includes access to:

We've been coming to Summit Village or Shanty Creek for almost 20 yrs for vacation rented condos, homes and others. Our first feeling in walking into this place it's one on the top of our list as favorites. We like the area due to the fact it's right in the middle of places we like to visit. Yes, we go to the beach, visit restaurants and just relax. The view towards Lake Bellaire from the deck here looks more like a painting so come find out on your own!

Great little place with a fabulous view of the sunset over Lake Bellaire. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond. We will definitely be back.
