This 2 bedroom, 2 bed, 680 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4 and is located in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resort. Features a full kitchen, electric fireplace, in unit laundry and private deck for stunning Lake Bellaire sunset views. Our condo is a short walk to the Summit Golf Course, Shanty Town and the Lakeview Restaurant. Staying here means you're right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resort. Resort Pool Membership included which provides access to the Lakeview Hotels indoor and outdoor pools and indoor hot tub.
Our cabin includes access to:
1. The Private Beach Club with a beautiful sandy beach. This is a short drive, 2. Lakeview Hotel Pool Membership included which provides access to indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub.
3. Free and safe resort shuttle that runs between properties and to downtown Bellaire. (Pickup Location at the Lakeview Hotel)
4. Short walk to the Summit and Legend Golf Course
5. Additional parking area for trailers, boats, etc.

1. Shanty Town which is a short 5-10 minute walk and includes restaurants and the Shanty Bar.
2. Golf at 1 of the 5 golf courses - The Legend, Cedar River, Schuss Mountain, Summit, or Hawks Eye. There is also the Chief Golf Course that is located just outside of the Shanty Creek properties.
3. Topgolf Game Suite which also includes other games and sports. This is located at Cedar River.
4. Hiking trails.
From the condo you are near many wineries and within an hour to the famous Old Mission Peninsula and Leelanau Peninsula. You'll only be 35 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino and an hour from Odawa Casino. Take a day to explore the unique towns nearby. Less than an hour away you'll find Alden, Elk Rapids, Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Other trips that are about 1 1/2 hours away include Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The possibilities are endless!

We've been coming to Summit Village or Shanty Creek for almost 20 yrs for vacation rented condos, homes and others. Our first feeling in walking into this place it's one on the top of our list as favorites. We like the area due to the fact it's right in the middle of places we like to visit. Yes, we go to the beach, visit restaurants and just relax. The view towards Lake Bellaire from the deck here looks more like a painting so come find out on your own!

Great little place with a fabulous view of the sunset over Lake Bellaire. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond. We will definitely be back.
