At 02 minutes walk from St Germain des Prés church, close to the famous "Café Flore" and bistrot "Les deux Magots", comfortable 02 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, located in a gorgeous former building with security code entry, on 2nd floor with elevator, 110sqm, balconies, bright, quiet place, accommodation : 06 guests maximum, 2 bedrooms with view over a quite courtyard (one with king size bed and one 2 single beds), sitting room with sofabed and TV, free WIFI, dining-room with large round table, chairs & armchairs, kitchen fully equipped with washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, micro-waves, table, fridge & freezer, household linen, a shower-room and a separe toilet.
A Dyson air purifier and pulsed air thruster at 10m. Possibility to install a mobile air conditioner with an extra fee.
Great location for shopping on Boulevard St Germain, Avenue de Rennes, Le bon Marché, many restaurants, bistros, turistic attractions & entertainments. Few minutes walk to bus stop, metro station Line 4.: St Germain des Prés and Line 10 & 12 Sèvres Babylone . Excellent area to enjoy Paris.

My family and I had a great stay in Paris. The flat is as advertised. Very clean. Would love to come back and stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for 8 days, we found it to be a very pleasant, and better than advertised. The apt. is larger than it looks in the pics, it has separate living and sitting rooms + the bedrooms, nice kitchen, etc. The location is perfect. In a nice neighborhood, grocery store around block, cab stand near by, and St. Germaine Metro station a 2 minute walk. Our host was great, easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to stay there again. Thanks Monsieur M!
