Romantic Hotel

We loved the romantic ambience of this special hotel! The apartment was great with comfortable beds and a small private balcony. The food was fantastic! It was a quick drive to the beautiful promenade and beach or a wonderful longer stroll if you so desired.

Well run hotel with a nice patio/appartment, located near to a nice seaside village.

After we eventually found the hotel you pass a patio to go to the reception to collect you keys and breakfast card. Staff is friendly but busy which can sometimes be interpreted as not so guest friendly. We didn"t have any complaints though. Whenever we asked something we got our answer. You can eat and drink at the hotel basicly at every hour. Their bruschetta is delicious! Breakfast daily consists of the same ingredients for everyone which is served at your table. It works but after three or four days we would've liked something different. Coffee was always lukewarm... we like it hot. If you like an espresso it can be served at a surcharge. This place is run by a well oiled team and locals come and go to get their food as take away. Our room was located at level 1 and was spacious (two bedrooms), one of them had airco but both of them had a bathroom. The shower in both rooms was default. When the water tab was turned on it sprayed everywhere. Besides that no complaints about the bed or even the possibility to use a kitchen in the room. You can walk to the village nearby to have swim in the sea or have dinner somewhere else, there are even some shops. Nice area. They have a parkingspace for you car at the opposite side of the street.

Nothing much. Just some more variation at breakfast and really hot coffee would to wonders. Maybe also some extra clarification to find the hotel. Probably the most significant bad experience were the default showers.

Quiet, solid breakfast (although no choice - take what they serve you).

Location and surly staff. Terrible WiFi and zero comfortable chairs. Place was set up to sleep as many people as possible with beds and pricing based on number of people. Long walk to town.

The room was good, a bit far from the newer area but a lot of new building is happening!!

Breakfast was a wonderful add on:) Kitchen was a bit sparse in items. Hot water for shower was not very hot :(Bennie was terrific in helping us get NetFlix:) The entire family works very hard to accommodate their guests!

Friendly, family run accommodation

Staff at Vila Arial, a family run business, were so accommodating and helpful, both in planning our trip and organising shuttle transport for us and in recommending beaches and locations to visit when we were there. We also really enjoyed dining in the restaurant - the breakfast was fantastic and we went back for evening meals on a couple of occasions. The food was excellent value.

Superb

Spacious room, clean and in very good location near to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Imagine that we arrived at midnight and we asked something to eat though the kitchen had been closed and they made us some pasta.

Avoid ground rooms cause it may get noisy during breakfast.

They charge 5 euros for breakfast which is typically free at other hotels. We did not opt to pay for overpriced stale bread and coffee.

I paid for an apartment with a balcony that included a separate living room and separate bedroom with a BBQ. They gave me the wrong room after I compared it to what I booked and paid for. In addition, the bed was not fully made on arrival, the parking is far from the location when you are traveling with a lot of luggage and the neighborhood is loud at night. Lastly there is no shower curtain or door which means a wet bathroom after each shower.

Excelent place for it's money.

Place was exactly like the photos. This is a villa run by a family and they are really good people, helping you with anything you need. The food is great, try fish of the day, pasta salads.

When the terrace is almost full, expect a long waiting time. Also only one person knows good English so it's better to translate what you want on the phone. You need to specify that you want food first for the children, otherwise it may happen that they are last.

New apartment. The main villa had lovely courtyard for coffee and extremely generous breakfast . Some nearby restaurants and beach 5 mins walk away

Unfortunately very noisy with cockerel crowing throughout night not just sunrise, chickens clucking, barking dog and noisy children next door who played outside until nearly 11pm. If no car, far from town at 25 mins walk with no shade. Beach and water not as clean as further south. If you're 3 as we were the sofa bed in the kitchenette gets very hot as the ac only in bedroom

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but instead got a one room apartment with the remaining beds split all over the common area The point of booking an apartment was also to use the kitchen, but it was very poorly equipped (some of the cutlery even being plastic and still not having enough, kettle not working)

Pathetic host and service, avoid at all costs!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude to us and literally threw our money at our faces and told us to leave when we asked him a few questions about the property. Pathetic service! Pictures are also deceiving, they just have one building which has the nice decor, the rest of rooms in the nearby buildings look very mediocre. So, it is neither a hotel nor a villa! We even spotted a big spider right next to our sofa bed, so cleanliness was also not up to the mark. Also, after I posted this review on Google, the host started calling me and threatening me on whatsapp. Do not recommend at all!
