Super lokacija 50m od plaže. Bližina trgovine, restavracije (v pritličju objekta nastanitve), drugi lokali 200 m stran (lekarna, pekarna, trgovina s spominki), veliko parkirišče ob objektu. Center mesta oddaljen le 1300m, kjer so trgovine, lokali, promenada, ponudniki super izletov s hitrimi čolni, ladjami. Razgled z balkona - terase je super, moti ga le pogled na sosednji propadajoč nedograjen objekt.
Vse je bilo super, le v kuhinji manjka malo opreme, ima pa pralni stroj v kopalnici! Okolica nastanitve ni ravno urejena, moti star nedograjen objekt na sosednji parceli.
