Sea view balcony right in front of the beach

Very good location. Big balcony, right in front of the sea. Very clean. It has a smaller kitchen and big wardrobe. The staff is very helpful and friendly - they speak English. It costed 40 € per night - if it was 30 € I would have top rated everything 10/10. Because it's lack of smaller details that brings the rating down.

Seen better days (and they were long ago)

The terrace was great and it was quiet. Free parking.

It needs a lot of love to warrant the high price you pay. We had a single-person sheet on our double bed, the electrics kept tripping, there was insufficient cooking materials and cutlery for two people, the sun shade was broken and the shower only has half a door. The pictures tell a much better story than reality.

the apartment was very clean. the view from the balcony was perfect. the guy who welcomed us was very kind. the apartment has internet. the tv works (i recommend you install an IP TV because it includes all international channels). near the apartment there is a cafe, bakery and market. i appreciate you very much

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Super tolle Aussicht aufs Meer vom Zimmer mit Terrasse.Das Zimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet und das Bett super bequem.

Die Lage

Die Wohnung, in der wir untergebracht waren, hat nichts mit den Bildern (mehr) zu tun. Es war nicht sauber (fremde Haare im Bett, Reste vom Vormieter, der sich im Bad rasiert hat, man kann sich draußen nicht setzen), abgeranzt (abgeplatzte Farbe, Stopfen im Waschbecken funktioniert nicht, tote Insekten), es funktioniert nichts (defekter Wasserkocher, Balkontür öffnet nicht richtig). Obwohl wir uns 1 Stunden vorher, wie vereinbart, angekündigt haben, mussten wir 25 Minuten warten auf den Vermieter

Ich muss sagen, das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht gepasst. Außerdem gab es auch zu viele Min

Das Appartement liegt 20 min vom Hafen und Promenade von Vlora. Daher ist fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Außerdem liegt es direkt am Strand. Was es theoretisch auch noch sehr attraktiv macht, ist die riesige Terrasse des Apartment. Ansonsten ist es ganz ok eingerichtet.

ABER ich muss sagen, die Unterkunft entspricht nicht ganz der Darstellung, da sie doch sehr in die Tage gekommen ist. Leider ist die Terrasse sehr lieblos ausgestattet. 2 Plastikstühle, ein Tisch und ein alter Sonnenschirm. Sonnenliegen und Sitzsäcke sind zwar vorhanden, sind aber nicht nutzbar, da alles kaputt ist. Warum liegt dieses denn noch auf der Terrasse? Dies gleicht einem Müllberg. In der anderen Ecke steht das Putzzeug mit Putzeimer, der gleichzeitig der Auffang für das Tropfwasser der Klimaanlage ist. Wenn dieser zu voll ist, setzt das Klimaanlagentropfwasser die Terrasse unter Wasser, da der Abfluss verstopft ist. Die Unterkunft ist ganz ok ausgestattet. Abgesehen, dass die eine von zwei Vorhangsstangen hinter der Badtüre stand und somit der Rollladen als Vorhang dienen musste., war die restliche Unterkunft ganz schön. Außerdem wäre es wirklich schwierig geworden, wenn wir dort kochen wollten. Mit einem großem Topf, einer verdreckten Schüssel und einem Brotmesser wäre das schwierig geworden. Das Appartement besitzt ein wunderschön großes Bett, das wirklich bequem ist. Man sollte aber kein leichter Schläfer sein, da über den Tag und Nacht verteilt es immer wieder laut brummende Geräusche gibt, die vermutlich durch die Wasserleitungen oder den Boiler erzeugt werden. Dies ist wirklich störend. Einen Wäscheständer oder Ähnliches für nasse Strandkleidung gab es leider auch nicht.
