• Отличное расположение — красивый район с потрясающим видом на море и горы.
• Рядом набережная, рестораны, магазины, булочные, кафе с мороженым — всё под рукой.
• Приятное место для прогулок, особенно вечером.
• Апартаменты просторные, с двумя санузлами (разделены перегородкой).
• Удобная кухня-гостиная, на балконе стиральная машинка.
• Хорошая дорога и отличная возможность съездить:
• Пляж Дерми — около 40 минут на машине, чистейшая вода, широкая галечная полоса и потрясающие виды, мы купались там. Море значительно красивее чем во Влёре.
• Борш — тоже очень красивые панорамы, дорога отличного качества до самого Ксамиля.
• Пляж рядом с апартаментами был немного грязноват (возможно, из-за конца сезона).
• Море мелкое — нужно долго идти, чтобы стало глубже.
• На кухне не было элементарных мелочей: соли, сахара, чая, кофе, губки, бумажных полотенец — всё пришлось покупать.
• Полотенца выдали только три на четверых, к тому же в плохом состоянии.
• Уборка при заселении была некачественной — пыль и волосы.
• Не хватало микроволновки и посудомоечной машины.
• Санузлы смежные, вверху без перегородки, принимая душ одновременно у одного пропадала горячая вода.
• За час до выезда сообщили, что нужно освободить жильё к 9:30, хотя стандартное время выезда — до 10:00.
Итог:
В целом апартаменты хорошие, район красивый и удобный, но хотелось бы большего внимания к уборке и оснащению кухни.

Locatie vlakbij de boulevard en restaurants. Mooi appartement en balkon met zeezicht.
De douche had niet veel waterdruk en heeft ook wel een nieuwe douchekop nodig. Vandaar geen 10.

Spacious. Nice view from the balcony where there was a table and 3 chairs. Nice kitchen.
Lots of closet space with multiple hangers.
I didn't find an iron.
Sheets did not stay in place.

We stayed in two different apartments and both of them were absolutely amazing! The places were spotless and had everything we needed – from a washing machine and an iron to a fully equipped kitchen where we could easily cook our own meals.
On top of that, the staff at the rental office were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we asked. I wanted to switch to another apartment with a different sea view, and as soon as one became available, they kindly let me move. Since our flight was late, they were also very flexible and allowed us to do a late check-out, which made things so much easier.
In short, this was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time, and one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I’ll definitely recommend it to all my family and friends, and I will 100% come back again. Thank you so much for everything!
