Homely, everything you need!
The beds are extremely hard and could use mattress toppers
As there is no access up stairs, I couldn’t close the blinds to watch a movie.

Roomy and great for a big group or family. Facilities were first class.
Didn't realise how spread out Hakuba was. The Jade company went above and beyond to sort us a van hire to get around a must. Ubers and shuttle transport is time wasting and almost impossible. No supermarkets or 711s conveniently located in echoland.

Stunning chalet in a magical location

度假屋看起来很新，内部设施非常完善，做饭居住很方便，还有很先进的温泉浴缸。空间设计得很合理，客厅有超大液晶电视，我们一家六人在这里度过了一个完美的滑雪假期。 赶上了大雪下了一天，积雪有半米深。房东老先生第二天还自己开车过来，开着院子里的铲雪机清理了停车道的积雪。
在预定度假屋时我看到介绍页面上显示管理公司Jade Group为客人提供complimentary shuttle service，但是等我们一家子到了度假屋后，向接待人员询问能否安排第二天送去雪场的班车，接待人员却告知管理公司不为客人提供shuttle service。我们只能拖着雪板步行500米去挤公共shuttle bus，或者打车。这严重影响了我们的滑雪体验。白马村公共交通不发达，出租车也不容易叫到，管理公司提供的complimentary shuttle service是我们预定这个度假屋的一个重要考量。希望管理公司改进这一点。
