Staff were very accommodating and respectful
Location can be a issue for some , although transport providers such as grab make trips to poppy lane and the likes of Sanur very affordable

Staff were amazing! Facilities are great, amazing value for what you pay. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant food was great. Super cheap clean and will definitely come back!

Expecting to much from 5 star hotel..i never go to the hotel 5 star with shampoo only small tube and soap only using soap bar…the water is cloudy..the aminities inside room is poor and bad
