The location was good. Corner apartment with great city views from the 25th floor at night. The lifts were fast and efficient. The breakfast downstairs was good.
It’s a bit tired and lacking in basic facilities like coffee mugs (but had a kettle). It wouldn’t take much to make it a really pleasant stay.

The location
Unit on south side of building and very noisy from bars and thumping music, especially the weekend.
There were cockroaches and other creepy crawlers throughout the unit.
Shower drain didn’t work, we had to clean all the hair and rubbish out for drain to work.
Toilet flushed, cistern would not fill, on lifting lid found a bottle of super glue preventing cistern from filling.
Glass splash back was cracked and when using kettle it made hissing noises at power point.
No seating offered on balcony, little plastic stools would be useful.
Owner not a good communicator, came across as abrupt and rude.
