We were coming for Graduation at Uni of Kent. We had to make a last-minute booking when our previous property had to let us down. Beautifully appointed home, ideal for a group of adults. Spacious, comfortable, every amenity and convenience considered and provided. Fans, large opening windows and airy rooms made the house comfortable even on the hottest day.
Nothing I can think of, the whole house was exactly suited to our needs and made our multi-generational group stay so very comfortable. If I were to be incredibly picky, a dozen more teaspoons in the kitchen drawer wouldn't go amiss, but if that's the sum-total of the problems I think congratulations are in order!

It is done very thoughtfully. Every couple or family will have its own privacy - bathrooms are attached to all the 4 rooms. That is rare in England and this is one property that offers it. Excellent excellent idea and thoughtful.
If the owners could change the mattress for all the bedroom. It’s is very springy and we can feel the spring when we lay down. Would prefer a harder mattress. And also to change all pillows. They are flat and old.

Beautifully clean, tidy and sparkling new. Fantastic location for a quiet get away from it all group celebration. Easy self check in, plenty of room to park. Large, modern sleeping rooms with fantastically luxurious bathrooms.
The kitchen was huge but sadly there were not enough glasses for us all. There only seems to be 2 champagne glasses, 6 wine glasses etc. definitely could do with a quick restock. Outdoor bins were also full to the brim from previous guests so we had to take our rubbish home with us.
The mattress in the smallest double was lumpy, soft and very uncomfortable unfortunately.
