The property is at a spectacular location with a great view, we were lucky to arrive before the season has started so we’ve enjoyed a free upgrade for the room to a room directly on the lake just 50 feet from the water.
The receptionist “Ahmed” was very polite and helpful and he helped us book a safari trip which was wonderful.
We got there using our car from cairo and the resort is not far from town
You should also try a nearby restaurant Breezy island restaurant for a delightful sunset dinner. (Ahmed also recommended it)
The owner was very polite as well when contacting him before we’ve arrived.
They also left us a complimentary fruit basket and two bottles of mineral water.
The bellman was very polite as well.
The flies
There were a-lot of flies in the morning so we had to buy an insecticide from downtown siwa.
