Warm, great place
The place was very comfortable and warm, and it was super clean. It was very nicely decorated for the holidays. It's a nice, quiet location, not too far from the city centre or the expo objects. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The host was amazing too; we agreed easily on the arrival and departure details. We were there for Gamescon, but we are coming back for sure. Highly recommended!

Андрей — замечательный хозяин! Встретил меня лично, помог поднять чемодан и сразу же оформил белый картон (это обязательная регистрация для иностранцев, мне пришлось сменить 6 бронирований, чтоб найти кого-то, кто добросовестно относится к этому). Квартира чистая, стильная, светлая, уютная и очень хорошо продуманная (ванная комната чуть уставшая в сравнении с остальной частью квартиры, но все еще очень чистая и аккуратная). Несмотря на небольшую площадь, пространство организовано максимально удобно. Большой шкаф, куда всё помещается, стиральная машинка, вытяжки, плита, духовка, микроволновая печь, электрический чайник, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка. В квартире отличная вентиляция, никаких посторонних запахов. Все, как на фото. Я жила больше двух недель, работала удалённо — вайфай был отличный, без единого сбоя. Отдельно хочу отметить два зеркала в полный рост (это редкость!), отличное отопление, исправно работающий бойлер и сплит-систему, которую можно включить на обогрев. Андрей в середине пребывания принес на смену свежие полотенца и постельное бельё, в запакованном пакете, — очень приятно и заботливо. На кухне есть всё, что нужно: посуды более чем достаточно, готовила, запекала, всё работало идеально. Район просто чудесный: тихий, безопасный, с милым балкончиком, на котором приятно пить кофе. В доме калитка и вход по таблетке, несколько камер, чувствовала себя абсолютно спокойно. До центра и всех достопримечательностей идти недолго, в шаговой доступности пекарни, обмен валют, новый большой супермаркет, мусорные баки. 
Всё было настолько комфортно, что уезжать совсем не хотелось ❤️

Удобная кровать, отличное расположение, чисто, все необходимое есть. Очень понравился балкон, часто сидели там, особенно жена его облюбовала.
