Great location for facilities and very clean, worked well for our family, hot tub was great addition, shower and bathroom good and kitchen well appointed,
Stairs quite steep and needs a kettle for tea! Was in town so lots of light which not great for Auroras but these are not really an issue

The location was great from the airport and Santa village. A car is needed.
Communication could have been better from owner/management and instructions on the house for certain things would be beneficial
