Appartement idéalement placé, très bien équipé et très agréable. L'accueil était très chaleureux.

The apartment is modern and beautiful, it has everything you need. The owner Nancy is very helpful and also recommended a company with nice prices for the car rent. The location is also convenient - close to cafes and supermarkets.

There is almost no noise protection, so hear everything happening on the street. And being almost a center, there is a lot to happen. During the weekend the drunk people we’re screaming the whole night and it was hard to sleep even with earplugs. Also the car parking is a must in Funchal, considering it is located on the mountain, you need to walk a lot up and down. Nancy notified us that the parking slot is not available in advance and recommended parking garage nearby. But still I’d say this is a must, and it is a torture going uphill every time.

L’appartement est très sympa, le duplex est spacieux, propre, bien équipé et agréable. Nancy est adorable, serviable et a fait de son mieux pour que notre séjour se passe bien.

J’ai réservé ce logement principalement pour trois critères : l’emplacement, le parking et la climatisation (important en août). Malheureusement, un problème électrique dans le bâtiment a impacté la climatisation : elle faisait un bruit épouvantable lors de son utilisation, et aucun technicien n’est intervenu pour la réparer. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur, qui nous a aidés, mais ce n’est pas comparable à une clim. De plus, nous n’avons finalement pas eu accès à la place de parking prévue. Enfin, l’établissement est situé en face d’un bâtiment où, le soir, certaines personnes viennent se piquer, ce qui peut parfois générer du bruit et demander plus de vigilance. Si nous avions su que nous n’aurions ni parking ni climatisation, nous n’aurions pas choisi ce logement.
