Excellent location in the heart of Myeongdong, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the subway.

Having to use multiple elevators to enter and exit the hotel was slightly inconvenient.

Excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants! The hotel is new and the room is very comfortable . The club lounge was so convenient and good . Most important of all is the hospitality of the staff . I want to thank Erin tried her best to get us an early check in . The staff at the club are superb !

1. Location is Good, near to Night Market, many shops and Restaurants. Very tourist oriented Location. 2. Staff is very polite, as it was expected, quite responsible. 3. Rooms are clean, Room service works very good.

1. Confusing Facility, to reach Room need to use two lifts till Floor 4 Lobby, then another lift till the room. 2. My two rooms has small windows directly facing another building, view from room is 0 (zero) 3. Bathroom is very small, vanity can not hold daily toilet accessories, and partner can hear even whisper from bathroom. quite embarrassing. 4. Breakfast - during booking, Exceptional breakfast was our criteria, however, breakfast in this hotel is very good but Not Exceptional. Facility size and Varity of options are limited.
