Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to both Myeongdong Shopping Street and the cable car leading up to Namsan Seoul Tower. The unit itself was very spacious with three bedrooms with many beds - more than was needed for our group of six. Having two bathrooms was also great. It was a relaxing place to stay after long days walking around Seoul.

The bathroom instructions were not very clear as they warned of $300 penalties for flushing toilet paper. This worried us that we would have to put soiled toilet paper in the garbage can, but when I asked about it with the property manager, they said we could flush, despite the warnings. I did appreciate the quick response on this from the property manager. An additional annoyance was the shower drains did not drain well at all. We ended up standing in a couple inches of water within a minute of having the shower on. I suspect this drainage issue is why there are all the warnings about not flushing toilet paper in the first place.

I was a little worried at first because of the stairs, but the hotel provided a luggage service upon check-in, which made everything incredibly convenient. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Myeongdong Station. It’s hard to find another place in the city where the whole family can stay together so comfortably and conveniently. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. 100% would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing! Everything was perfect
