Location (proximity to the beaches, town, groceries etc.), cleanliness, privacy, the pools, size of the apartment
The beds (mattresses) were extremely uncomfortable for us. The staff were (thru WhatsApp txt) were responsive, very much by the book, and (unfortunately) didn’t attempt to accommodate to ‘any’ of our requests (extra towels, extra key etc.). For a family of 6 with children this made our stay more difficult than we had hoped for.
