The facilities and commodities were great!

Sound insulation from the entry door and windows would be great if were improved.

Location, and friendliness of the staff communication

Walking distance from beach, supermarkets, restaurants and much more. The location, the cleanliness and the staff are really the top points of the property. Almost everything was at it should be.

Although staff is nice and helpful, reception was never open. The check in and out process is completely digital – it worked well but we all know that it is just a way to reduce staff costs and maximize profit. Swimming pool was closed for two complete days due to maintenance – luckily we are team beach, so it didn’t bother us that much. Missing some basic appliances that for a week-long vacations should be considered. Eg: no bread toaster or even a frying pan – we had to use the oven to toast our bread and do scrambled eggs on a regular pan… which took us longer to get our food done and less eco-friendly since we had to use more electricity to perform simple tasks. Wifi signal was not very effective on our apartment, at least.

Very close to Fennals beach

We stayed during a particularly warm spell in early September and the apartment was unbearably hot. The newly fitted fans were not good enough and were set to 'winter', therefore just pushing the hot air back into the room. Rm 14 is directly above a very popular restaurant which was extremely busy and noisy, also the strong cooking smells made our balcony almost unusable for most of our 9 day stay. Check in is done by a kiosk system, I took the time to check in online before traveling but was still required to enter all of my details and scan documents etc.
