Luxury hotel room with amazing views

I had an absolutely wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gudauri! From the very beginning, everything exceeded my expectations. First of all, a huge thank you to Nica, the host. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Her hospitality truly made a difference—she shared many useful tips about the area and went above and beyond by even arranging my transport back to Tbilisi at the end of my trip. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. The room itself was excellent—very clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. It felt warm and inviting after a long day outside, and the view was simply fantastic, making every morning and evening special. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is just about a 7-minute walk from the ski resort, which made everything so convenient without needing any transportation.

The view was stunning, the apartment was warm clean and well decorated, very modern. It was easy to find and the host was very attentive and helpful. We would have happily stayed here longer but it was fully booked.

We did have one day without hot water (due to local issue and not host issue) the walk to the slopes is about 10 minutes in ski boots (about 3 in normal shoes)

SUPER KIND AND FRIENDLY HOST! She's always there for any help needed , excellent communication skills ! I would stay again in future in same place just bcz of her kindness. Highly recommended! besides that, the apartment was clean and only 100m far from Gudauri Palace and restaurants, bars and lift.

Maybe beds could be more comfy but they're fine overall.

Локация отличная, супер приветливый хост, которая постоянно на связи и очень отзывчивая. Есть хорошая стиральная машина.

- не было горячей воды во всем здании - ремонт сделан на скорую руку, дверь балкона не закрывается до конца, остается щель из которой дует холодный воздух - под раковиной пыль и паутина - были оставлены швабра и другие предметы для уборки клинером - нет своего локера в ски депоте - цена просто экстремально завышена, за 5 т.р сутки - не было бы вопросов, но за 14.. через чур даже для Гудаури.
