Twins apartment deluxe, new gudauri

The apartment is in a super good location, with an easy access to the ski area. Nica was an incredible host, always checking in as and helping with everything! We will for sure come back!

Everything was perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at this Gudauri apartment. The snow-covered mountain views from the apartment were absolutely stunning and made the experience truly special. The location is perfect — the ski resort is just a 5-minute walk away, with easy access to the cable car and various snow activities. Everything is very convenient, whether you’re here for skiing or simply to enjoy the winter scenery. On top of that, the host was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made the stay smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

Roads to the property were blocked by the police due to heavy snow so we had to walk about 15 minutes with our two big bags and children. Not their fault though Reception staffs are not friendly, but good thing is that you don’t have to deal with them much as host is easily accessible.

New and modern building, but not finished yet. View from balcony is fantastic, but dont look around- there is building field all around. host was realy helpfull and try to do best for us. well equiped apartments- wc, shower, kitchen- heri is all neccesary things.

We are one of some guests in this period and floor was dirty, because in other apartments are in building process around. heating in october is not working in this house, You must use noisy electrical heater (it must be replaced with panel heater). extra cold was floor in shower. but all problems you forget, when you look at Gudauri mountains in moonlight. and please change bed linnen to cotton and don`t use syntetic.
