The apartment was nice, everything was new and as expected. Communication with the host was fluent and good - although it was all remote.
We had a drain issue that took 2 days to be fixed. Communication was good, but it was an annoyance. The distance from main streets of New Gudauri isn't far, but it's on a road and when it snows - it's annoying walking on that road with other cars and slippery road, this applies when there's a lot of snow.
Pay attention it's CASH ONLY.

Location is nice, very close to ski lifts and restaurants and market.
Parking underground.
Nice view.
No ski depo.
Door to balcony needs to be fixed, its broken.
Very uncomfortable mattress.
Shower heads needs to be changed or cleaned.

The location is the best, very close to everything. Cafes, bars, shops and all the necessary facilities are just a few steps away. The apartment is very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you will need.
