Jeff was an amazing host and we enjoyed talking with him. He went above and beyond for us too, even setting up a ladder so we could watch 4th July fireworks from the roof. The room was a good size for us and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect too, with lots of bars and places to eat within walking distance. Next time we're in Philly we hope to stay here again.

Jeff is a wonderful host and takes great care of his apartment. He was kind enough to let me drop my bags earlier than the check-in time, which allowed me ample time to explore Philly without having to carry my luggage around. His check in process is quite simple and he shared detailed instructions about using the facilities at his place. It's a well designed, well curated apartment perfect for a short stay in Philly.

Good location in quite neighbourhood (except one thing - the neighbor's dog, which ran around us, barked and scared our children)
I paid $50 for cleaning after the visit, but we stayed in a dirty room with dust everywhere. The shower was not working! We couldn't properly wash ourselves!
