Situation géographique parfaite, à 200m de la station de métro à 15 minutes du stade, de la gare ou du centre ville. Arrivée 24h/24 grâce à l'ouverture avec code. Quartier très calme.
Tout était parfait.

Jeff was an amazing host and we enjoyed talking with him. He went above and beyond for us too, even setting up a ladder so we could watch 4th July fireworks from the roof. The room was a good size for us and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect too, with lots of bars and places to eat within walking distance. Next time we're in Philly we hope to stay here again.

The host was very helpful and did everything he could to make it the best stay possible. Comfortable setting; beautiful home.
Everything was great and he made the stay easy and comfortable.

Good location in quite neighbourhood (except one thing - the neighbor's dog, which ran around us, barked and scared our children)
I paid $50 for cleaning after the visit, but we stayed in a dirty room with dust everywhere. The shower was not working! We couldn't properly wash ourselves!
