This 2BR, 1.5 Bath has all you need for a medium term stay! Whether you want to live out of your suitcase or settle in, there’s room and we’ll make you feel right at home!

This includes various household items and personal effects, which I kindly ask you to respect.
*Plant Care:
I have a collection of indoor and outdoor plants that require minimal care. Could you water them?
*Rowhome- I've noted areas of caution just to draw attention to a few quirks of this traditional Philly rowhome.

2. My personal belongs are throughout the house. I will leave a box in the basement for you to place anything that is in your way.
