The host was very clear and communicative. The studio was extremely well-located, easy to get into, a decent size, and well-arranged; but could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust around the main room and bathroom, a water stain on the ceiling by the bed, the couch is stained, some of the blinds were broken, and there were some things seemingly carelessly stashed on the top of the Murphy bed. There was no body soap in the apartment, so we had to go out and buy our own. There are also not very many surfaces to put items during your stay, so we ended up rolling the coffee table to the bottom of the bed and using that. Otherwise, it's a great space! I'd recommend a deep clean, some shelving above the toilet, and a small table near the bedside.

The room and stay was amazing. But I checked in 30 min late no fault of mine. Room could’ve been cleaner but everything else was good.

Amazing location. Easy check in. Otherwise it felt like a dirty dorm room. Smelled like pot and mold. Piles of bottles and spray cans under the sink. Moldy bathroom grout. Couch dingy and stained. Dishwasher didn't work. Dust and mold filled heating unit- this was mentioned in a previous review but clearly never addressed.
