About this apartment rental

Beautiful newly renovated 1bd 1br apartment. 1st floor (Entrance on the side Croskey St.) Location in the up and coming Point Breeze area of Philadelphia. Free street parking. About 10-15 mins from Center City, Sport Complex and Navy Yard. Also 10 mins to Passyunk Ave with lots of great restaurants and the famous Geno's Steaks.
Upstairs apartment is used for Vrbo as well.

The apartment is clean overall. However, the floor can use a bit of cleaning. The water pressure is a bit low, and the bathroom should have a towel for the floor. The bed is comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and future guests could benefit from the changes suggested.

A great spot. It was clean, the heat and AC worked well. We were there during the week and the neighborhood was quiet. Just the sound of people and cars as people went to work and school in the morning. From other reviews I knew to bring our own coffee and extra towels.

Everything was great! It was the perfect place for a quick stay.

We were there to attend events in sports arena area so the location was great to get there by feet or subway. The neighborhood is not the cleanest but very safe…we like the local vibe to it. The only downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbours that lasted until 5:30AM. Maybe we were just not lucky.
