About this apartment rental

Beautiful newly renovated 1bd 1br apartment. 1st floor (Entrance on the side Croskey St.) Location in the up and coming Point Breeze area of Philadelphia. Free street parking. About 10-15 mins from Center City, Sport Complex and Navy Yard. Also 10 mins to Passyunk Ave with lots of great restaurants and the famous Geno's Steaks.
Upstairs apartment is used for Vrbo as well.

The host was awesome. The apartment was clean, neat and awesome. The only thing I would add to the rental is an area rug for the living room, bedroom and DEFINITELY a bathmat for the bathroom, because the floors were cold. Also, if parking is available, secure the spot for upcoming renter. I had a hard to time finding parking especially with all the snow. Overall, I had an amazing time!

Our stay was good! Besides the walls being kind of then and hearing the people above us talk and make love, there weren't any other complaints. Perfect location near plenty of food options and close to the stadium. Perfect place for 2, even 4 people!

We were there to attend events in sports arena area so the location was great to get there by feet or subway. The neighborhood is not the cleanest but very safe…we like the local vibe to it. The only downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbours that lasted until 5:30AM. Maybe we were just not lucky.
