Rashid is a great host who genuinely tried to resolve any issues and followed through on the commitments made in the listing.

That said, there were some problems outside of his control — for example, the floor vibrates when a large HVAC unit on the street turns on, and one of the walls vibrates due to a refrigerator in the restaurant directly below the apartment. While some guests may be fine with these disturbances, unfortunately, they made two of the three bedrooms unlivable for us. Another thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located directly above a restaurant that operates until 4 AM. While there was no issue with food smells (which we appreciated), we did experience loud conversations and phone calls from staff during the night, leading to several sleepless nights.
