Beautiful House for Rent

El lugar es exactamente como se lo muestra en las fotografías. Es un sitio acogedor, con todas las comodidades q se mencionan. Muy limpio, la persona nos antedió inmediatamente al momento de ser requerida. Es un apartamento un poco lejos del centro, pero se puede llegar en Uber, o en metro.

Un poco las distancia. Pero si preciso está de acuerdo a su distancia.

Es una casa con todas las comodidades, cercana a todos los sitios turísticos, limpia y su anfitriona muy pendiente de todos los detalles para una buena estadía

The host is very friendly. Allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. The room is quiet spacious has a living area, a dining area and a kitchen. Has adequate supply of bathroom amenities (towels, etc) and kitchenware and cleaning products. There is also a nice backyard. Basement is big and tidy, has a washing machine, a dryer and a table. WiFi works really well. One Chinese take away is close by with reasonable price. there are a few pizza take away in the area too. There is also a laundry close by and selling laundry products for around US$3. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is a running/walking/cycling trail alone the river that goes for miles. Very beautiful views along the way. It's not very far from this place.

The water pressure is terrible. The bathtub tap leaks, so water comes out from both bath tap and shower head at the same time. A very small amount of water comes out from the shower. The bathroom looks very running down. Needs to be upgraded. When we got there, we saw, a line of red stain in the bathtub, thought it was blood, and then it turned out it was from the shampoo bottle. The cleaner must have forgotten to clean the bathtub. The window aircon is very noisy and only goes up level 2 and doesn't cool the room down properly. The parking was challenging! We couldn't find a parking spot outside the house. Had to drive around to find a parking spot every time we came home. One night when we tried to squeeze our family mover into a parking spot and damaged the tyre on the gutter, we had to contact the mobile tyre company to fix it up. Costed US$200. There are rubbish everywhere in the neighbourhood and outside the house. Paper, bottle, plastic bags, etc. There is no shopping mall or decent restaurant close by. There is a tiny shop selling daily stuff and the shop inside has a security door, every time when you go to the shop you need to get an approval from the owner to enter the shop. It seems that the neighbourhood is not safe! However we didn't encounter any problems during our stay. Not close to CBD, you definitely need a car.
