Logement spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé. Environnement très calme et sécurisé (barrières + gardiens à l'entrée du condominium). Situé à 3 km du centre de Puerto Morelos et des commerces / restaurants, et à 6 km de la plage (attention il faut impérativement un véhicule). Echanges sympathiques par messages avec les propriétaires. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine, grande et très propre et les installations extérieures où on peut venir manger / boire un verre.
Ce serait bien d'avoir des étagères ou un petit meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires.

No drinking water provided so difficult if anyone does not have transport due to distance from shops.
Was disappointed with rental car company recommendation as they were not cheap and the communication and payment was a hassle. Also pick up and drop off were stressful with very last minute instructions. We wished we had booked with Avis as they were cheaper.

The pool area was nice. Appartment is close to the pool area.
The gps locations is not correct on the Booking.com site. Main air conditioner did not work for our 28 day stay but bedroom ac worked well. Bike at the appartment had a flat tire. No cleaning product in the appartment except dish soap. The electrical for the gas stove was unplugged, not sure why.
