The property, grounds, and pool are perfecto!! The person that manages the booking is beyond awesome!!!! Very responsive and helpful!! There are several BBQ's on property and several reasonable restaurants within walking distance. Gotta hit The Tecate for some cold beers and heilo.
Location is a little far, specially in the middle of day, but talk to Security and there is a couple that rents bikes here, or for $2.50 USD/$50 MXN you can take a taxi or bus system for $0.75/$10.

Glad I stayed here since I contemplated buying a unit here. I won't buy here. That's the good part for me.
Hot water for cleaning counters. Difficult to wipe counter with cold rag and undusolved soap?
Not really necessary.

The condo was pretty much new. There wasn't any furniture to make it feel more 'homey". However, it was still an enjoyable experience. The pool area was superb. The location was a bit out of the way, but it was still easy to get to the town centre via walking or taxi.
Am sure with time, the condo will be fully furnished and have more personality. It definitely has potential to be a terrific accommodation for people to enjoy themselves and, experience the warm ness of Puerto Morelos.

Good location, spacious unit, great swimming pool. The owner was responsive when we reported a problem with the hot water, although the problem could not be fixed.
Very sparsely decorated and poorly equipped.
There was no hot water, the shower head was clogged up and there was little flow.
