Nice and very enlightened flat. Complete with all you need. Close to the airport.
It’s located in the middle of nowhere. No shops, no restaurants. The flat is on the ground floor and the balcony is basically on the road with no protection. We heard people speaking outside in the middle of the night. We were a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed there just for one night, coming back from Tulum, to catch our flight the next day. This is good for one night, to be near the airport. The room was pretty clean, as it is next to the highway it is very noisy (at least in the ground floor room). We paid 500 pesos to go to the airport, rides are not cheap! We self check-in as we arrived after 7pm and it was really easy. Communication was great too and host is very responsive. For the price, that’s all you can expect.
Quite noisy, no restaurants around but it was easy to order something in. We stayed there less than 24h so didn’t use any amenities.
