Beachfront, pool, terrace & WIFI

Niet zo ver van het gezellige oude dorpje Tarifa en langs mooie strandboulevard vlak aan strand. Zwembad is een grote plus aangezien er op het strand soms te veel wind is.

Host niet gezien of gehoord. Hebben op eerste dag defecte lamp op toilet beneden gemeld waar ook geen venstertje was. Je kon niet anders dan met deur open naar toilet te gaan. Aangezien toilet vlak naast keuken was, niet altijd ideaal. Lamp is pas op de laatste dag van ons 10-daags verblijf hersteld. Balkon met uitzicht op parking was wat teleurstellend.

The apartment was clean and looking like the photos on Booking.com. Spacious enough and right by the beach with easy access to both the streets, the centre and directly on the beach. We had 3 oil ovens to keep the apartment warm and comfortable with the cold weather outside. Parking in a garage which saved our car from getting a smashed window from robbers the last night we stayed there.

There wasn't anything preparing us for a total renovation in an apartment right next to this apartment. Didn't reflect on the price or any warning about it in the annonse. With nice weather it probably wouldn't be so important as we could be outside and enjoy the surroundings but this winter was stomy rainy and we had to listen to the banging from the builders until 19:00 . The double bed is hard and there's a bad moisture smell from the clothing closet. In the weekends the next door apartment was rented out and you can hear every sound. We left one week earlier than we'd paid for as it wasn't comfortable anymore with the storm keeping us indoor listening to the noise. And the parking spot that belonged to this apartment was the only place in the garage where the water filled up so we had water up to the middle of the wheels. But it's still better that having it parked outside at night when robbers are smashing windows. We stayed there the last 2 weeks in January and usually stay in Tarifa every winter 3-4 weeks.
