La ubicación (en primera línea), que tenga parking propio bajo techo, lo equipado que está el departamento (tiene todo lo que uno esperaría tener y encontrar), lo cuidado que está todo, lo limpio.

Owner extremely polite and pleasant
Pool not open as its seasonal, but we've paid same price as you would in season. Next door neighbour was extremely rude and must be completely deaf cause he had his TV continuously on so loudly it felt as it was in the actual apartment until well best our bed time. Balcony furniture really outdated, paint flaking off onto our clothes when we sat down on the chairs.
