With the fantastic locations and relatively clean room, I would say the money is really worth spending if you are looking for a budget rooms only for sleeping.

The way the star rating review works doesn't fully reflect the quality of a stay. So here, yes, the price is reasonable and the location is good and the room was clean and the owner was pleasant, BUT I still wouldn't come back. Why? First because it was very noisy, both internal noises (the front door automated bell is really loud, and you can hear everything from other rooms) and external noises (the windows aren't well soundproofed). Second because the bed was very hard. From the pictures it looked like a western style bed, but actually the mattress is rock hard. Add to that very big pillows, and that's a very bad sleep.
Now, if you can sleep through noise and on concrete, then yes, I would recommend this motel as at least it was clean and the bathroom was large.
Note there is no elevator and nobody to carry your suitcases.

The price is affordable if you need a room quick and just to sleep I would say it is well. I wouldn’t recommend if you stay in the room a long time. The first room I got was not in good condition but once I spoke to the staff I got a new one so they are helpful!
