    The location is great, and honestly, that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. The lighting is extremely dim and yellow, making it difficult to do makeup in the bathroom. The magnifying mirror is mounted way too high and is completely impractical unless you’re over 180 cm tall. The safe is also very old, and it’s unclear how to use it. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are too flat. When I first entered the room, it also took a very long time for the air conditioning to cool the room down. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless the places you want to visit are all nearby or you’re here specifically for gambling.

    I've never encountered such jovial and attentive housekeeping staff ever! The front desk staff is very stuffy and stale. They don't smile and most seem a little angry. The housekeeping staff, on the other hand, is so friendly that they should be training the front desk! I took a few stars off because the air conditioning at this hotel is severely lacking. The room was very humid during most of my stay to the point that I woke up in a pool of sweat several times. It doesn't get cool until very late in the evening or early morning, however you want to look at it, around 3 or 4AM. Other than that, it's clean and conveniently located. The department store downstairs is awesome! I would recommend it but, personally, I'll probably stay elsewhere next time because a cool room is a must for me!

    Check-in: The hotel strictly enforces the 3 PM check-in time. When we arrived earlier, I requested to leave our luggage and collect the room key later. The staff agreed, but nobody helped us move our luggage, simply pointing us in the direction and leaving us to handle it ourselves. When we returned at 9 PM, Ms. Su Lee handled our check-in smoothly and professionally. Room & Housekeeping: We booked a Double Family Twin Room with one single bed and one double bed, suitable for three adults if everyone is comfortable sharing the space. However, it may feel cramped for larger-sized guests. We also found two pillowcases with deep pen marks, and the room was too dark. After I called the front desk, a friendly, kind female staff member promptly replaced the pillowcases and arranged an additional table lamp, which greatly improved the lighting. Her warm smile and helpful attitude were excellent. Unfortunately, the male maintenance staff member ignored me when I thanked him by saying “Kamsahamnida” (thank you in Korean) and walked away without acknowledging me. His manners need improvement. Amenities: Shampoo, hair treatment, body wash, body lotion, hand wash, one scrub sponge, and one box each of combs, shower caps, and vanity kits were provided for three adults to share. Complimentary bottled water was included. Breakfast Buffet: The best breakfast buffet among all the hotels we tried during our trip! Highly recommended and definitely a highlight of our stay. Facilities — 1/5 Stars: Disappointing that certain hotel facilities require additional payment. The hotel should clearly inform guests which facilities are not included in the room rate. Location: Excellent! Directly connected to Lotte Shopping Mall, with convenient underground access to the subway. Overall: Excellent breakfast and location, with some genuinely helpful staff. However, luggage assistance, room cleanliness, lighting, maintenance staff manners, and extra charges for facilities need improvement.
