Отличное расположение. До канаток буквально 150-200м. В шаговой доступности продуктовый магазин Spar, там же обменник, но курс не очень. В самом здании есть несколько прокатов снаряжения. Хозяин апартаментов всегда на связи, готов подсказать и ответить на любой вопрос.
На ресепшене в самом здании попадаются не очень доброжелательные люди с синдромом вахтёра. Но это к самим апартаментам отношения не имеет. Просто старайтесь с ресепшн не взаимодействовать. Все вопросы решайте с хозяином апартаментов напрямую.

Все было хорошо в ОБЪЕКТЕ РАЗМЕЩЕНИЯ
В Гудаури наплевали на лыжников, которые приезжают сюда: все пешеходные дорожки в ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОМ СОСТОЯНИИ- Покрыты слоем льда, по которому очень сложно передвигаться с лыжами (и без них). Сделаю ВСЕ ВОЗМОЖНОЕ, чтобы на следующий сезон НИКТО В ГУДАУРИ НЕ ПРИЕХАЛ!!! Лентяев и бестолочей надо учить рублем !!! Такая же ситуация была и в прошлом сезоне. Давайте объявил бездельникам БОЙКОТ! Аналогичная ситуация с местным такси: вымогатели Хреновы! С такой работой вы будете питаться свежим воздухом

Doskonała lokalizacja blisko gondoli. Schowek na narty. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Czysto.
Drzwi wejściowe nie są dźwiękoszczelne (niestety takie już są w całym budynku) i słychać głośnych sąsiadów.
