The apartment was really nice and clean with top location. The owner is very nice and communicate really promptly. Always willing to help. Check in, payment and check out was very smooth without any difficulties.
The window and door are not isolated well and although the heating is working ok, the apartment is quite cold. Also, the water temperature in the shower is like 28°C maximum what is not great when you spent all day on the slope and would like to take a hot shower after that. However, this not owner mistake but the building developer. I think all apartments in this building having these issues.
However, what is the owners responsibility is the bedding. The mattress is old and really soft. You feel like you are on the trampoline when you turn in the middle of the night. Also the bed linen are of poor quality (but clean). My recommendation would be to invest some money into bedding. The apartment is very nice and deserves better impression. When your guests sleep well, their stay is more pleasant and they come back.

Номер был оснащен всем необходимым включая посуду, большой стол, 4 стула, чайник, микроволновую печь, стиральную машину. Всё исправно. Хороший дизайн, дверь и шкаф в ски-депо отопление Слышимость через дверь действительно есть, но это не мешало спать. Бар под окном тоже заканчивал музыкальную программу до 12 и его не слышно с закрытым окном. До лифтов есть расстояние и их совсем не слышно.
В одну ночь я проснулся от громкой музыки в пять утра через этаж сверху и на ресепшене не смогли решить проблему, только пообещали(
Ключ только один, что не удобно, если путешествуете вдвоём (так во всём лофте)
По части пути к подъёмникам ездят машины и раскатывают лёд под снегом, надо идти осторожно. Со своим оборудованием лучше селиться поближе, мы с друзьями оставляли всё в прокате.

The room is spacious, well equipped with all you need in the kitchen, modern rain shower, washing machine, fridge, microwave, very comfortable bed. Location is excellent, right near the cable car.
The surroundings, as the whole New Gudauri area was still under construction. (Aug. 2019)
