Small but nice apartment for a short stay in Gudauri with everything you may need for a ski holiday. Good heat system, towels, big closet, all kitchen utilities for cooking and a really nice view of the mountains. The apartment is located around 5-7 minutes from the main square were you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ski rental shops and the ski lift. The building has a room in the first floor to leave your ski/snowboard equipment.
Everything was ok except that we were not able to pay by card even though it says that they accept Visa/Mastercard as method payment. Also the guy in the front desk was not very helpful but this is not related to the apartment. Just be aware he is not that friendly.

The view from the window is amazing. The hosts sun answered all my questions and contacted me during the stay to verify that everything is ok. The shower has good water pressure and the facility is generally new and maintained well
There is a 5 min walk to the gondola which is quite short but the road is not very children friendly

Объект находится далеко от гондолы. Это очень ощущается, когда идешь в полной экипировке по дороге с машинами. И все бы ничего, если бы мы заранее знали об этом. Но точка на карте стоит совсем иная, надеюсь это сделано не специально. Большая просьба к хозяйке внести верную информацию и не вводить в заблуждение!
