Everything! The host and his team were superb! The room was in a sparkling state when we arrived. A staff was on hand to receive us at the apartment and walk us through all that we needed to know to make our stay very comfortable. The response rate from the host/staff (especially Shereen) was top notch! The location was also very great. Some 10mins walk from Paddington station, some 3mins from the nearest bus stop, and with load of stores and restaurants all around within a 3mins walk.
Just a personal recommendation. The towels could do with an upgrade to a more colourful, preferrably white, rather than the current colour. This is to complete the "luxury" experience that this apartment exudes.

Logement sympa et bien aménagé (four bouilloire seche-cheveux ...) Linge de maison fourni (draps serviettes et torchon) Nous étions en famille 3 adultes et un ado Quartier bien situé et très londonien...commerces bus et métro tout près Un super accueil et hote disponible et toujours en contact possible par wattsapp

La ubicación y la temperatura alcanzada por la calefacción.
Se oyen mucho los ruidos del piso superior, ventanas de guillotina malfuncionantes, limpieza bastante mejorable (toallas con olor a humedad, frontal de la cocina con grasa, baño sucio por zonas).
