Downtown Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach are just a short drive away. Okaloosa Island Pier, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and The Boardwalk are all within two miles away. There is even a newly renovated tennis and pickleball court to enjoy at Perry Park.
This third-floor condo, accessed via an elevator or the covered parking deck, offers guests nothing but quiet comfort, convenience, and modern touches everywhere. The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa near a large TV with cable and an LED fireplace. The all-white, well-appointed kitchen will delight the group's chef with its white appliances and gorgeous marble countertops. Enjoy a refreshing smoothie or cocktail on your private balcony, as the ocean breeze's rejuvenating touch helps wash your worries away. When it's time to cool down, feel free to drop by the resort's shared outdoor pools. Or, if you are worried about missing a workout, the on-site fitness center will have your back.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our family of 4 stayed here during our summer vacation. It was perfect for two adults and 2 young kids. Great pool, not overly crowded, easy beach access, and it was awesome that the unit included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella every day. We did use the kitchen every day and it had everything we needed to make meals in our condo. It was also nice that the refrigerator had an ice dispenser and filtered water. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We loved the location of being directly on the beautiful beach. We could walk a long ways and that was great. The pool was very nice as well. Our room was updated, clean, and had plenty of space for our family of 4.

We loved this place. Sits directly on the beautiful beaches. Has a pool that we loved. The room was clean and updated. Air conditioning worked great and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 to be comfortable.

We were truly impressed with the cleanliness, the furnishings, and the location of the condo. We will certainly stay at Waters Edge again in the future.
