The mighty full kitchen includes everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals or beach picnics. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was perfect for our stay. We felt right at home. My kids (9 & 5) enjoyed their bunk beds. It has a beautiful view and has easy access to the beach.

It was wonderful. Condo was clean, quiet and safe. We really felt at home. The view of the ocean and the beach were beyond expectations.

This was our third visit to this waters edge property. We love the convenient location off the beaten path. It’s a clean and comfortable home with a wonderful view out the back balcony. We loved to sit and drink our coffee in the mornings and watch the beautiful water and beach. The beach has easy access and so clean. My kids love playing at the beach and in the large pool. So many great restaurants within 5-15 minutes. We can’t wait to come back again!
