The Space:
This chic, newly painted and furnished modern Waters Edge unit offers gulf front views from both living room and balcony. The newly refinished kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with full size updated appliances that make it a perfect setting for all your entertaining needs. This lovely home away from home has tile floors throughout the condo with carpeting in the master bedroom, floor to ceiling windows, and additional bunk rooms in the hall for those added kids or guests. This piece of paradise on the water fits two to three adults and two kids comfortably In the kitchen, you will find all dinnerware, flatware, and cooking utensils needed to prepare delicious meals complete with a new Keurig and crockpot. Bed and bath linens are also provided, and the stackable washer/dryer adds the convenience of home. Relax after long walks on the sugary beach on the balcony overlooking the emerald waters, or watching a movie in the living room on the provided DVD machine. There is also a second television in the master bedroom to relax the night away. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

We loved the pool and how quick the walk to the beach was. My only complaint/suggestion was the full size toiletries they said we would have were almost empty and I reached out to Vacasa but they never gave us anymore. I also wish there had been at least 2 laundry packs instead of one. The washing machine isn’t great. It stopped mid cycle every time we tried to do laundry and we had to turn it off and restart the load. There is also no pizza cutter so if you have frozen pizzas like we did, it could be an issue. All minor things but notable to help future guests.

Great beach location. Beautiful ocean views. Condo was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The view was ideal! However we did discover a couple of cockroaches in the unit. Was ok to stay at for a night but definitely would not want to stay multiple nights.
