The space
Boaters are welcome! The property features a private boat launch, boat trailer parking, and a boat slip for your use. There's an outdoor swimming pool, barbeque area and private pier to the lagoon. Across the street you have private access to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Unit 307 has a contemporary coastal feel, from the large flat screen TV in the living room, to the seating for 10 in the rustic dining area and bar. There is a fully stocked kitchen, which will allow you to cook your favorite meal. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, and a full bath. There is a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a loft that serves as a 3rd bedroom. Upstairs in the loft there is another seating area with a TV and sleeper sofa. The loft features 2 twins and a tv.
This condo is a top floor, corner unit facing the Gulf side of the building. The balcony is spacious at 600 sqft with a wrap around feature. It has plenty of seating for guest and a porch swing to relax and hear the waves crashing on the beach. The condo has everything you will need for a carefree vacation. Full sized washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience and free Wi-Fi is also available, so don't forget your tablets and laptops.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, toilet tissue , trash bags and paper towels.

My family enjoyed staying here. Wonderful views and fun fishing at the bay. Jim is a great host and always responded quick to any question we had. We will definitely love to stay here again.

The location was amazing! Had a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was easy to get ahold of. We were close to restaurants, but far enough away from the heart of the city to have lots of room on the beach. You could tell that the condo had been cleaned, but there were still remnants from the prior guests: water bottle in the windowsill, contacts on the bathroom counter. The refrigerator was off when we got there, so we had to google to figure how to turn it back on. The air vents did not look very clean. The air return in the hall was very dusty and others had black spots on them. I was thinking it could be mold. Not sure if it was just my personal preference, but there were no rugs in the inside of the house. I felt like I was walking on bits of sand with every step. We have stayed in other VRBO before and this was the first one that did not have any cleaning products besides dish soap. The elevator went out half way through our trip. This was not ideal since I was recovering from knee surgery. But we came for the beach and were able to enjoy the sunshine as a family!!
