Guests have exclusive private access to the entire home, property, dock, and amenities.

-Check-in is at 4 PM & check-out is at 10 AM. Check-in and check-out times are firm unless approved in advance.

-Maximum number of guests allowed is 8.
-No events or parties are permitted.

-Nearest grocery stores: Food City Maynardville, Ingles, or Food City Tazewell. Walmart is also next to Ingles in Tazewell. About 30 minutes from the house.
-Parking: No trailers allowed on the driveway. The driveway has room for 3 cars at the top parking area with the ability to move in and out. There is plenty of off-street grass/shoulder parking at the bottom of the driveway. Room is available to park and leave a boat trailer along the grass shoulder of the road. The road is a dead-end cul-de-sac, so you can turn your trailer around there. Very little traffic — very quiet!
-Access Note: The property is hilly, including the driveway and stairs down to the dock. It may be considered challenging for those with mobility concerns. However, the setting offers beautiful views of the lake and woods.

House was spotless, had all necessities, roomy, beds were comfortable, bedding was soft, tons of chairs, tables and loungers t/o the inside and outside on deck, upper deck, small covered area outside kitchen, and another eating area at grill, deck on the way down to the lake and also on the dock. House was decorated nice. 2 bedrooms on main floor with a bathroom and the whole upstairs is an open loft set up as a bedroom with attached bathroom and sitting area and 2 additional twin beds. House is a not far walk to the lake compared to a lot of Norris houses. There is a short steep driveway (typical for the area) and a road between the house and lake; we only saw 3 cars in 6 days and we used the road for sports. Lake view is on a wide part of the lake and faces a huge island to explore with included kayaks. Has 1 jet ski dock and room to dock your boat and additional jet skis. Lake was low when we went in spring but it was still just as nice, just exposed rock and really more interesting; not muddy like some lakes. Plenty of firewood for the fire pit. In an isolated area with only one house near but they tended to blast music from outdoor speakers during day and evening which didn’t bother us. We didn’t have any issues and the whole process went smoothly.

Celebrated my 50th birthday with a perfect stay on Norris Lake. House was beautiful and the lake was perfect! Thankfully I've been working out and my legs could handle the walk up and down to the lake! Lots of outdoor spaces, big dock, and everything you could need to enjoy the outdoors! The house was well stocked for us wannabe chefs, beds were comfortable, and we are all talking about coming back annually! We had a perfect spot, perfect weather, and a perfect clear (surprisingly warm) lake for swimming, paddling, and even a perfect belly smacker off the dock! It is a hike up from the lake, so keep that in mind!

It was a fantastic property and location on the lake. A bit far from civilization but we were told that in the description and messages from host. Highly recommend. Host was helpful and provided lots of info for us to take advantage of the area
