About this house rental
Listing Description:
Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. This property has everything: a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Cedar Grove marina in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that the owners pontoon may be on the outside of the dock.
The Space:
-The home is located in Cape Norris on a peaceful cove right behind Cedar Grove Marina in a no wake zone. This property does have year around water. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water.
-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, countertop eye burner, over the range microwave, & a large kitchen table! Please note this property does not have a traditional oven. There is a countertop convection oven on the countertop for your baking needs. The home also includes black stone flat top with propane on site that we provide, WIFI, & smart tv's throughout the entire house. Please note cable is not provided.
-There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at cedar grove marina! The dock does not have power currently
-Please note, this part of the lake has year around water and although you'll have normal lake levels from May to mid to late August, the lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate year to year.
Guest Access:
The entire house is available & no more than 3 cars allowed at the property.
Other Things to Note:
-Check in is at 4 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-3 Car max limit
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide all firewood & propane tanks.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental.
-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Nearest grocery store is Ingles which is 10-15 minutes away.
-No pets are allowed at our properties
-We also often rent these houses in the off season month to month. Please contact us if interested!

This place was amazing! It was a short stay but we had an amazing time. Watched football on the back porch, caught catfish from the private dock, made breakfast on the griddle overlooking the lake, and relaxing. House very clean and comfortable beds in Master! Fire pit by the lake and gas heater on the porch. This place had it all!

We really enjoyed this property. The home was absolutely beautiful, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was in the home. We had a great time, and really enjoyed our stay.
