We had the most amazing weekend at this cozy riverfront condo! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and inviting — perfect for a romantic escape. The highlight was definitely the balcony — we spent each evening watching breathtaking sunsets over the water with a glass of wine. It was pure magic! The location couldn’t be better! Just a short drive to Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row, and beautiful Lake Catherine. We loved exploring the trails during the day, then relaxing back at the condo in the evenings. Additionally, there are several fantastic restaurants and downtown spots nearby — ranging from casual bites to romantic dinners.Clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, this place had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend together. We can’t wait to come back — it’s truly a hidden gem!

We had a very good stay at the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable inside. The view from the patio is lovely, especially at sunset. The furniture out on the patio did not seem as clean/usable so I didn't spend much time out there. The parking spot was a bit hard to get our truck into but we managed. The Internet was a bit unstable but Wes gave us options so we could switch as needed. Overall a great stay!!

Excellent location for visiting all things Hot Springs. The Ouachita National Forest is close as well. I highly recommend visiting Garvan Woodland Gardens. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was prompt and detailed. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked the condo for a get away for our adult children prior to the arrival of their second child ...a babymoon ! They loved the condo ..the views were beautiful and loved spending time on the deck watching he sunset. The check in process was simple and the condo was in excellent condition in a great location . We made a last minute decision to come to Hot Springs. We found this place and it looked perfect. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The check in was easy. It’s close to restaurants and activities. We got out and explored the area and enjoyed our stay.

The condo is great. My nephew and I are retired so the steps down to the dock are a bit long for us old guys. Place is really nice and clean as a whistle. Well stocked with dishes and utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This was a very beautiful place to stay with a view of the lake. The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. It was within 15 minutes of all attractions and restaurants we visited. The owner was always quick to respond to all my questions and eager to help.

I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed my 4 day mini-vacation and how pleased I was with the condo. The property is comfortable, inviting, clean, spacious and has a great view of the water and terrific sunsets from the well-equipped balcony. The boat dock provided convenient space for launching our kayaks. The property owner was a pleasure to work with. I value good customer service and he provided excellent service. The check in process could not have been more simple. He was communicative and attentive and even reached out during our stay to see if there were issues or questions. He was also kind enough to research and provide me with a local outfitter to rent, drop off and pick up kayaks for us to use during our stay. I’m glad I discovered this gem of a vacation home instead of spending even more money at a nice hotel or resort condo.

We had a great time. We had never rented a vrbo home before but the host answered our questions with in just a few minutes and everything was very easy after that. Very clean. Nice view. Totally worth it all relaxing and quiet and my son caught 6 fish in 2 hours right off the dock and I was able to see him the whole time while sitting on the balcony. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I booked this condo for our anniversary getaway to Hot Springs. Stepping through the door, the very first thing I noticed was the natural lighting that flooded through the house from the open blinds to the balcony and the sky light in the kitchen. It was so welcoming and inviting. The condo was decorated beautifully and was extremely clean and well taken care of. The owner was very prompt in communication and instructions for checkin and checkout were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxing and quiet place to stay, minutes away from downtown Hot Springs!

We came to Hot Springs for the weekend to see the tulips at Garvan Gardens and hiking at Lake Ouachita. Of course we also enjoy the local restaurants and return home with a car full of fresh, Hot Springs water. This VRBO was exactly as presented; clean, beautiful, comfy bed, plenty of hot water for shower, kitchen amenities and even a bullet ice maker. We bought one for ourselves and a Vera Bradley throw like the one in this place bc we enjoyed both so much. We recommend this VRBO. Owners were responsive and made check-in easy. Everything about this property is a win. You should stay there, if available.

Family and I stayed for 3 nights for New Years. Wes was a great host as was his friend who looked over the place. Very southern hospitality. Pictures don't do the condo justice. Very clean and cozy space for me and my family and minutes away from everything. Would definitely stay here again!
