If you are looking for a place to unwind and get away from it all, while having all the amenities from home, this is the place for you! This beach side villa is in a quiet complex with all the conveniences of home. Not only is there 1,650 square feet of indoor living space, but perhaps the best feature is the 600 square feet of outdoor living space. When you are not on the beach or at the poolside, you can enjoy the Caribbean breeze from your spacious, private veranda.
You will be more than comfortable in this beautiful condo with features such as air conditioning, wifi, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, and ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms.
Los Porticos is ideally located with easy access to nearby Placencia village but far enough away to be peaceful. The complex has beautiful grounds, a magnificent pool and a beautiful beach on the Caribbean Sea. Placencia village has a variety of dining choices ranging from local to gourmet cuisine. If you choose to prepare some of your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen there are numerous grocery stores with excellent selection. A convenient choice for an excellent meal is La Dolce Vita restaurant, located on-site at Los Porticos.
English is spoken in the village and U.S. currency is accepted. There are many interesting activities to do from your home base at Los Porticos. Dive or snorkel on the second largest Barrier Reef, visit the Howler monkeys in Monkey River, or rent a golf cart to explore Placencia Peninsula. You can enjoy fishing, visiting Mayan ruins, cave tubing, ziplining, visiting a jaguar reserve, a waterfall, or a culinary tour – just to name a few of the possibilities. You will not be bored!

This unit is located on the second level and has amazing views of the beach and pool with beautiful Caribbean breezes. This unit sleeps 7 people with a Queen Murphy bed in the living room and a single loft bed in the guest bedroom.
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Very nice, spacious condo situated on quiet end of beach. Condo grounds and beach front were very well maintained. Fairly close to town, however having a golf cart is nice to pop back and forth for groceries and out for dinners! Very friendly people and great food in the town of Placencia!!

Beautiful roomy condo on a very peaceful beach. Very clean and well kept beach. Close to town (within walking distance, but we rented a golf cart) where you can get all the necessary groceries. Condo have everything you need. Laundry etc. Lively large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.

Los Pórticos is an amazing place for a beach vacation! The condo is spacious, and the views are spectacular. Staff work daily to maintain the grounds, the pool, and the beach. Everyone was very friendly and we felt as safe as at home.
