About this house rental
Manana is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on the southeast coast of Anguilla with views of St. Martin, St. Barts, Statia, and on a clear day St. Kitts and Nevis. Built is 2005 it is a traditional West Indian design utilizing ample amounts of Anguilla stone and gingerbread trim in its architectural features. Doors and windows are made of South American red cedar and are heavily constructed to withstand hurricane force winds.
The property is completely enclosed by a handmade stone wall and fencing. The gardens are planted with a variety of indigenous and tropical plants which create a beautiful low maintenence setting. From an infrastructure perspective the villa is energy efficient and eco-friendly. Electrical power is produced by a 8.2 KW solar pv system. The villa is primarily "off the grid" with the exception of an electric oven/microwave and local power is available should it be required. Water is provided by rain water collection into the 40,000 gallon cistern which is plenty for normal running of the property. New in 2018 are cook top, washer and dryer, gas hot water heater, pool pump and water pump.
The infinity edge pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space and there is a large covered veranda around 3/4 of the house that lends itself to expansion of the living space if desired. This is a well maintained, cost effective waterfront home ready for viewing at any time.

We (me, my wife, our 12, 9, and 6 year old kids) had a very nice stay at Villa Mañana over the holidays. The villa is nice, and super well equipped. The kitchen has nearly everything you can think of.The location is isolated, right on the water, and quiet, apart from the sound of waves. Terrific view over St. Martin and St. Barts - seeing New Years fireworks over both was a super memory of our stay. It'd be hard to stay at the villa without a rental car, but it's easy to rent one there, and - with a car, is a nice location. Shoal Bay East (one of the best beaches) is an 11 minute drive, and the West End beaches are 25–35 mins away. There's a fine grocery store about 5 minutes away. We enjoyed fresh fish from the wharf in Island Harbour, which is not far past Shoal Bay East.Olivia (the property manager) is OUTSTANDING. Exceptionally responsive, and tries hard to help when things broke or we had questions.Good stay in a good house.

We enjoyed our stay, with Greg and Bibi assisting us along the way. Excellent villa and a very calm and relaxed area. No problems at all, Greg was very responsive to my inquiries. The villa had everything and more that you need. When we come back this is our spot!! Thanks for having us stay in your paradise!!!!

Well designed house in a quite area, but close to stores and East Shoal Beach. Very well maintained , pool was great to have and used mornings and evenings. Appliances all worked well and kitchen is well stocked . Bedrooms all very comfortable, excellent AC.Can't tell you how the TV worked b/c we never turned it on ! Anguilla is a great vacation- Pit Stop aka Bens , Blanchards , Meads Bay Crocus for snorkeling. Bibi was very helpful. Greg Moss was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions.
