The property is perched high, offering breathtaking views of the sea, close to the water's edge. Just a short three-minute drive from the villa, you'll find the world-renowned and award-winning Shoal Bay East beach, celebrated as one of the most spectacular beaches in the Caribbean. Guests can easily access the sea via a nearby path, additionally, there's a small sandy area adjacent to the home for your enjoyment.
The villa itself is both spacious and elegant. The living room and separate dining room are large open concept rooms, making them ideal for relaxation and entertaining. On the main level, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A fourth bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower level, accessible only via an outdoor entrance.
