About this villa rental
In this upside-down house you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms all with access to a covered terrace, two bathrooms, and a laundry room on the lower level. The living room includes a large pull out couch to sleep an additional two guests if you choose. Upstairs you will find a large open floor plan with a spacious dining area, bar, kitchen, and powder room with an additional shower.
With scenic views of St. Maarten and St. Barths, outdoor life is surely the highlight of Sea Heaven. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning and the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening all under the large covered terrace. A beautiful restored picnic table seating 10 marks the centerpiece of the spacious patio. Catch the last of the day’s rays on one of the many lounge chairs provided or relax under the large umbrella after a day at the beach.
No pool? No problem. The tranquil and secluded Sea Feathers Beach is just a minute’s walk from the villa, and Sandy Hill is only a three minute drive that offers incredible snorkeling and stunning beaches. If something a little more populated is what you’re after, Shoal Bay, rated one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, is also on the East End. You will find plush beach towels, chairs, and water floats all provided at the villa to make your beach experience effortless and relaxing.
Nightlife exudes on Anguilla with bars, restaurants, and entertainment just 15 minutes from the villa. For the nights you wish to stay in, make use of the open kitchen and/or Weber gas grill out on spacious open patio. Make the perfect meal with the LeCreuset cookware, eight-burner gas stove, blender, coffee maker, and endless utensils at your disposal.

We had a great week staying at Sea Heaven. The place was spotlessly clean, equipped with high end kitchen appliances, nice linens and towels, and has an open, airy design. The view is great. It's a short walk to the nearest snorkeling location, and of course Anguilla beaches are gorgeous. Can't go wrong!

When my wife Mary-Jo told me we were going to Anguilla for my birthday I was very excited because we have never visited this island. What I didn’t know is that she had booked us in the exquisite Sea Heaven Villa!
Sea Heaven is the perfect name for this beautiful home because it’s like truly being in heaven! Incredible views. Decorated in majestic blue hues that remind me of the beautiful villas on the hills of Santorini Greece.
We were greeted as soon as we got to the island by a friend of the owners who escorted us to our new “palace”
Once we entered this home we were completely blown away by the warmth and beauty before us. Every single detail has been thought out making Sea Heaven the most perfect place for any family to have a most special memory making vacation.
Thank you Sea Heaven for making my birthday week so special and so comfortable!
Your home is a dream home and I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting the beautiful island of Anguilla to make Sea Heaven the place you create your own outstanding memories with your friends and family!

I was in awe of this residence from the moment I stepped in the house. The floor plan was beautifully laid out, with three gorgeous bedrooms on the first floor and a wide open living space on the second. Each bedroom had balcony access which was a dream to wake up to every morning. The beds were very comfortable with AC in each room and two lovely bathrooms on the first floor. The kitchen was fantastic with every appliance you might need and eye catching plates, cups and silverware. The attention to detail around the house was quite impressive. It did not feel like a generic rental, but more a home away from home. The second floor veranda was truly special with its view of St. Barths and St. Marten. Coffee in the morning and BBQing in the evening quickly became our favorite activities. One of my favorite aspects of the house was that even though we were a group of five, I never once felt cramped or crowded. Walking to nearby sea feathers beach only took five minutes and was great for those days we weren't in the mood to venture elsewhere. The location was lovely, in a friendly, colorful neighborhood that felt safe and taken care of. We rented a car while we were there and would highly recommend it. This allowed us to explore beaches and restaurants near or far without restriction. The house came equipped with beach towels, coolers, chairs and an umbrella which made packing up the car a breeze. The house was stunning, the locals friendly, and the beaches brag-worthy. The only downfall was knowing we would eventually have to leave Sea Heaven. I cannot wait to return and just hope the house is available when I do! Thank you for creating such a special space in beautiful Anguilla!

What a beautiful place you have in Sea Feathers, Sea Heaven is the perfect name for your house!
The expansive view of the Caribbean to St. Marten and St Barths is simply magical. The big open living space on the top floor is brilliant with its huge deck and wrap around verandas (on both floors!). The interiors are so cheerful and the colors are inspired! Comfy beds and furniture, huge dining table and really well equipt kitchen made staying here delightful both inside and out. The clothes line on the first floor is so smart and convenient for the wet suits and beach towels. You've really created a home away from home in paradise!
The location is also great, convenient to so many awesome beaches, off the beaten track but not in the boonies. We loved the funky neighborhood with nice houses and gardens mixed in with the vacant ones that inspired our imaginations of what they once were and could be in the future. Wandering the hilly streets and finding the little swimming hole in its mysterious setting was a treat!
We can't wait to go back - hopefully again and again since Anguilla is really one of the best islands ever (and we've been to quite a few down there). Lucky us to have stayed in Sea Heaven, thank you for creating such a perfect place for a perfect vacation.
