The light-filled “Waterkant” vacation apartment, featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, is located directly on the Baltic Sea and faces east, south, and west. A first-row view of the sea. This dreamlike setting guarantees countless hours of sunshine with a view of the Baltic Sea, the harbor, and the sandy beach.
You’ll stay in a modern 3-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds and 55-inch TVs, a living/sleeping area with a 65-inch TV (Netflix included), a pull-out double sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (cook while enjoying the ocean view), two bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling rain showers and toilets, a storage room, and a loggia.
One bedroom features a home office with fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi for remote work. A breathtaking moment awaits you as soon as the sun rises, when you can welcome porpoises, herons, seagulls, ducks, and more from the sunny loggia.
The “Waterkant” apartment features a spacious loggia, making the sunset and the hustle and bustle of the harbor an integral part of everyone’s evening. The dining area, which adjoins the living room, features a high-end open-concept kitchen and access to the adjoining loggia. No matter which direction you look, it’s simply always a uniquely magical experience. An unforgettable and relaxing vacation is guaranteed at Waterkant. From the living room, you can walk through the hallway to the inviting bedrooms, which offer a magnificent ocean view. Especially on summer days, the play of light in the sky as evening falls is beautiful, and the sunset from this location is unlike anywhere else. The large windows allow plenty of light into every single room, making them bright and inviting at any time of day and instantly giving guests that vacation feeling.
A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (operated by a coin-operated machine) is also available to our guests.



The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped living units. Couples seeking relaxation feel just as at home in the two- and three-room apartments as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the water or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colors of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival.
